Job summary

Network Finance in South Africa seeks a Senior Learning Content Lead to shape content strategy, govern the curriculum portfolio, and drive AI-enabled development across LMS platforms. You will translate client requirements into scalable, value-driven learning solutions and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, content developers, and media specialists, coordinating delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget

Qualifications

• 7+ years of instructional design, curriculum development, and project management.
• Experience within commercial learning providers or corporate learning environments.
• Understanding of accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of digital authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Canva, Adobe Captivate or similar.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and translate strategy into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements, industry trends, and business objectives into scalable, commercially viable learning solutions and curriculum frameworks.
• Oversee the development, management, and enhancement of the learning product portfolio including existing libraries and IP.
• Prioritise content initiatives based on business value, learner demand, strategic goals, and resources.
• Drive learning innovation through market research, emerging methodologies and best practices.
• Lead and coordinate instructional designers, content developers, multimedia specialists, and external SMEs.
• Ensure operational readiness and governance for programme implementation and sign-offs.
