Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in industrial engineering focused on production optimization.
• Experience with lean tools 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping; SPC and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Develop and implement lean strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Design efficient production layouts and workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set standard work.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
