The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience with CAD, ERP, and production scheduling. Collaboration with production teams and management will be key to driving cost-effective gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies and tools required.
• Proficiency in CAD software for layout design and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of production workflows, equipment utilization, and labor productivity to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
• Design and optimize plant layouts and material flow for efficiency.
• Apply lean principles (5S, Kanban, value stream mapping) to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with quality control to protect product quality while improving efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for key production processes.
• Use data analysis and statistical tools to track KPIs related to production efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel on new processes or equipment.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
