Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Data Delivery, Helpdesk, Testing and Desktop Support. You will drive IT strategy, technology delivery, governance, and operational excellence while partnering with executive leadership to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role, with strong experience in regulated financial services, data governance and multisystem integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.
• Experience in regulated financial services is advantageous.
• Experience with data governance and information management frameworks advantageous.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams advantageous.

Lead and oversee the Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Data Delivery, Helpdesk, Testing, and Desktop Support functions. Drive IT strategy, technology delivery, governance, and operational excellence while partnering with executive leadership to achieve business objectives

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar senior IT leadership role
• Strong IT strategy development and execution experience
• Experience managing complex environments with automation and system integrations
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at MANCO and EXCO level
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, architecture, integrations, and cloud environments
• Experience leading enterprise technology delivery initiatives
• Vendor, service provider, and IT budget management expertise
• Knowledge of cyber security, disaster recovery, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Passion for driving efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field
• Experience within a regulated financial services environment advantageous
• Experience with data governance and information management frameworks advantageous
• Experience managing technology investments and cost optimisation initiatives advantageous
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams advantageous
