Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and application initiatives
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Manage integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs and integration technologies
• Ensure data consistency and synchronisation across multiple systems and applications
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary IT team including administrators, support staff, and developers
• Oversee the administration, performance, and lifecycle management of business-critical systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and align technology solutions with organisational objectives
• Develop and enforce IT policies, governance standards, and best practices
• Provide escalation support for complex technical incidents and service disruptions
• Contribute to long-term technology planning, system roadmaps, and business improvement initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Advantageous: Business Administration (MBA), Project Management qualifications, or relevant IT certifications
• Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology roles
  • 3-5 years of experience leading IT projects, systems, or application initiatives
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from planning through implementation and close-out
  • Experience working with enterprise business systems such as ERP, WMS, POS, or similar platforms
