Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms and end-user tech. You will drive stability, security, service delivery and governance across the technology landscape.

You will lead an established team, balance strategic oversight with hands-on depth, and drive operational maturity while embedding governance, risk and compliance throughout IT operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications will be advantageous.
• 6 to 10 years of experience within IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or operations environments.
• 2 to 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology environments.
• Strong experience in IT service delivery and operational management.
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, and operational budgets.
• Enterprise networking and network architecture experience.
• Firewall administration and network security.
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity and access management solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and recovery capabilities.
• Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives.
• Support development and DevOps teams through stable and well-governed environments.
• Lead vendor relationships, contract management, budgeting, and cost optimisation.
• Establish operational reporting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programmes.
