Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee Mahikeng's warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and shipping.

You will lead a team, implement efficient processes, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across daily operations. This role offers professional growth, exposure to diverse warehousing challenges, and the chance to contribute to cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with WMS and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/management qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Improve warehouse processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
