Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role, such as Warehouse Operations Lead.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management best practices, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties as needed and commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure operational goals are met.
• Oversee the efficient processing of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in receiving and put-away.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and by managing inventory control processes.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to process enhancements within the warehouse.
