Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or senior logistics role in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to health and safety standards in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of FMCG products.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff with training, motivation, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the facility.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Maintain relationships with logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound transportation.
