Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in catering management, venue/hotel preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Menu development and culinary planning experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and catering software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations within the venue, ensuring smooth service.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of catering staff including chefs, servers, supervisors.
• Develop creative, profitable menu offerings for events and client preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage catering budgets, control costs, and drive revenue for the department.
• Coordinate with events team for seamless catering integration with events.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock control of food and beverages.
