Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing research methodologies and impact.
Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficiency in research tools and platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UX research process, including defining research objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
Plan and conduct various research studies, such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify key insights, patterns, and user pain points.
Communicate research findings and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior UX researchers, fostering their professional growth.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
