Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom is a global Christian nonprofit legal organization seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full‑cycle recruitment for complex roles, including litigation and senior leadership positions.

You will manage 15+ requisitions, partner with executives, design targeted interview questions, and lead compensation negotiations while upholding ADF’s mission and culture across our US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience, including senior leadership and specialized roles.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby) for maintaining accurate records.
• Skilled in sourcing strategies and pipeline-building for hard-to-fill roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate a fast-growing organization with tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle Talent Acquisition for 15+ requisitions at a time, including complex roles like attorneys.
• Communicate with confidence on behalf of Talent Acquisition and partner with leaders.
• Advocate for candidates by articulating qualifications and fit for decisions.
• Match candidates strategically to organizational needs beyond filling requisitions.
• Design thoughtful interview questions and gather insights for a well‑supported view.
• Deliver top-notch candidate interview experiences for high-visibility searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in Greenhouse.
• Lead compensation negotiations in line with budgets.
• Promote ADF’s Talent Acquisition brand through networks and events.
• Improve Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience.
• Mentor other Talent Acquisition team members.
