Key Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times, improve inventory turns, and lower operational costs.
• Utilize advanced analytics and modeling tools to forecast demand, optimize network design, and identify risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams on supply chain improvement projects, ensuring successful execution and adoption.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and software solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor supply chain performance, reporting on findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in supply chain engineering, logistics management, or operations optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale supply chain projects.
• Expertise in supply chain modeling software, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools.
