Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering, with a significant portion dedicated to high-rise buildings.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is essential.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficient in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure).
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations and international design codes.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hybrid work environment flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for high-rise building projects from conceptualization to construction.
• Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Conduct advanced structural analysis and simulations using state-of-the-art software.
• Develop innovative structural solutions that optimize cost, safety, and performance.
• Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.
