Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Lead Structural Engineer to spearhead design and execution for major commercial developments in Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor staff, and liaise with clients, architects and regulators to deliver safe, innovative structures.

You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensure compliance with codes, review drawings, and drive technical direction while pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Pr.Eng registration is essential.
• Minimum of 10 years in structural engineering with at least 3 years in lead/senior role.
• Experience designing commercial structures (office, retail) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for commercial buildings in compliance with codes.
