Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration with ECSA is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a significant focus on commercial construction projects.
• Proven expertise in structural analysis and design using software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and modeling.
• Thorough knowledge of South African National Standards (SANS) and other relevant building codes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively liaise with diverse project teams.
