Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects.

• Oversee the procurement and management of all production materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Manage on-site logistics, including load-in, rehearsals, performances, and strike.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the production environment.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues that arise during the execution of events.
• Conduct post-production reviews to identify areas for improvement.
