Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in sound design with leadership exposure, expert DAW skills, and strong collaboration abilities to deliver cutting-edge audio in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Sound Designer; 2+ years in leadership role.
• A strong portfolio in interactive/immersive audio.
• Proficiency with DAWs and audio middleware.
• Experience with game engines and audio integration.
• Excellent collaboration & communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sound designers and audio engineers.
• Design immersive soundscapes for games and digital content.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, artists and developers.
• Develop audio style guides and technical specifications.
• Oversee audio asset integration into game engines.
• Conduct audio QA and provide feedback for improvement.
• Manage budgets and timelines for audio workstreams.
• Stay updated on trends in interactive audio.
