Job summary

Network2 is seeking a Solar Design Engineer to lead the design and development of utility-scale solar PV systems from concept to execution. The role requires strong technical expertise, project design experience, and passion for renewable energy innovation.

You will prepare detailed drawings and documentation, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, and perform feasibility studies and energy yield assessments to optimize systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of solar PV design experience.
• Experience on projects from 5MW to 10MW capacity.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, PVsyst or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of solar PV systems from concept through to execution.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and system optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
