Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience focusing on backend systems and APIs.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing software development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
