Placements24 is seeking a Lead Software Developer in Cape Town to spearhead architecture, design and delivery of scalable software solutions. You will guide a talented engineering team, set technical direction and collaborate with product management to align technology with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a CS degree, 7+ years of software development with 2+ years in a leadership role, and hands-on experience with C#, Java or Python, microservices and cloud-native systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role.
• Expertise in C#, Java, or Python and related frameworks.
