Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable software systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
