Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in software development, 5+ years in smart contract/Blockchain tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of complex secure smart contracts on multiple protocols.
• Architect smart contract layer for new decentralized apps and DeFi products.
• Mentor and guide a team of smart contract developers.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments of contract code and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
