Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead at Manager level to guide total rewards implementation for clients, delivering design, configuration and deployment of compensation planning solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT, own functional decisions, and mentor junior practitioners within the People & Workforce Technology practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Subject Matter Expert.
• Ability to lead workshops and stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance and IT.
• Strong understanding of total rewards, merit, bonus and equity processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.
• Guide configuration, development and integration with client systems.
• Mentor practitioners and contribute to Accenture's SAP SuccessFactors Compensation practice.
