ATS Client is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant (Chief Expert) to support global Payroll and Benefits across multiple countries. You will focus on operational payroll execution, functional configuration, and ongoing support in a large enterprise environment.

In a global Agile setting, you will collaborate with stakeholders, service providers, and IT teams to optimize payroll processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality payroll outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in SAP HCM Payroll (operations, support, or development).
• SAP HCM Payroll certification.
• Expert hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration (schemas, rules, wage types, customizing).
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT).
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, controls, and best practices.
• High attention to detail and strong quality focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.

This role focuses on operational payroll execution, functional configuration, and ongoing support across multiple countries, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory, collective, and company requirements.

The successful candidate will work within a global Agile environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, external service providers, and cross-functional IT teams to maintain high-quality payroll operations and continuously optimize processes.

• SAP technical exposure (forms, printing solutions, RFCs)
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Experience working in multinational, large-scale enterprise environments
