Qualifications

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Digital Communications.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital advertising; retail media is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with publishers or industry partners driving client growth and sales targets.
• Minimum 2 years leading an Advertising Sales team.
• Experience establishing sales management processes and using CRM tools.
• E-commerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a sales team (5–10 people) to achieve retail media targets.
• Ensure sales and service processes are followed with up-to-date target tracking.
• Identify shortfalls and enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key metrics and manage outcomes for growth.
• Develop client acquisition and upsell strategies for brands.
• Coach team to improve sales skills, pipeline, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchant, and Finance for aligned plans.
• Build presentations and pitches to win new business.
