Job summary

Growth Resourcing is seeking a confident Lead Qualification Specialist to support growth for a UK business communications and technology provider. You will engage with prospective business customers, qualify opportunities and arrange high-quality appointments for the sales team.

You will conduct discovery conversations, engage with decision-makers, and qualify opportunities across VoIP, Microsoft Teams Phone, broadband, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telesales or business development.
B2B sales experience is highly preferred and comfortable with senior decision-makers.
Able to identify genuine opportunities and understand customer needs.
Clear English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to prospects.
Engage with owners, directors, IT managers and decision-makers.
Qualify opportunities and schedule high-quality sales appointments.
Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and follow up with prospects.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly activity and appointment targets.
Provide feedback on objections and competitor activity.
