The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and productivity management.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Ensure daily production schedules and productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
