Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in process engineering within oil & gas or petrochemical.
• Strong proficiency in process simulation software (HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and P&ID development.
• In-depth knowledge of unit operations, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of process designs, P&IDs, and process simulations for new projects and plant modifications.
• Optimize existing plant processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety performance.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) such as HAZOP studies and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and guide junior process engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
