Job summary

Guardrisk Life is seeking a driven actuary to join our Structuring & Solutions team. If you are a qualified actuary with life insurance pricing experience, you will review and sign off on products and pricing, build pricing models and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

You will lead the Pricing team, mentor juniors, and help structure deals to optimize outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and rigorous analytics in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and formal actuarial qualification.
• Experience in life insurance pricing.
• Ability to manage a pricing team and mentor juniors.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategies for life insurance products.
• Review and refine pricing models for competitiveness.
• Develop robust technical pricing models.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing new products.
• Contribute to structuring and negotiation of new deals.
