Job summary

Toshiba EMEA South Africa runs EtaPRO Plant Performance Monitoring Software and related services. The team delivers software support, data analytics, and dashboard development to clients across the region, combining remote and on-site work as needed.

The role involves engaging with clients, configuring EtaPRO systems across generation technologies, and advancing data-driven insights. Travel to client sites is occasional.

Qualifications

• Experience in power generation or heavy industry and customer facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in analytical with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day software and technical support for EtaPRO systems.
• Update models, dashboards, and reports; ensure data integrity.
• Lead configuration of new systems across generation technologies.
• Travel to client sites occasionally as technical lead.
• Prepare reports and project documentation.
