Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in power electronics design and development.
- Demonstrated expertise in high‑power converters and charging systems applications.
- Proficiency with PLECS, PSIM, or LTspice and EMC knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) for high-power applications.
- Develop and implement control algorithms for optimal power conversion efficiency and grid interaction.
- Oversee selection of power components (MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC, GaN) and drive simulations and testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps and documentation.
