Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in power electronics design.
• Proven track record in designing and testing high-power density converters.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and prototype power electronic converters (DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-DC).
• Select semiconductors (MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC, GaN) and passive components.
• Develop control algorithms for DSPs or microcontrollers.
• Conduct detailed circuit simulations using SPICE/PLECS/MATLAB-Simulink.
• Perform thermal analysis and design thermal management solutions.
• Develop test plans and validate prototypes in the lab.
• Analyze test results and iterate designs to meet targets.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers for robust designs.
• Contribute to technical documentation and datasheets.
