Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering site supervision or construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards site challenges.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Professional registration as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for civil engineering projects.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved engineering designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project progress.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.
• Resolve on-site issues and technical queries promptly and effectively.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with the preparation of site-specific method statements and risk assessments.
• Verify quantities and quality of materials used.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
