You will steer visual storytelling, conceptualize and deliver high-impact animations for brands, broadcasters, and digital platforms, leading projects from ideation to final delivery.

You bring a strong portfolio, leadership experience, and expert skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in a leadership or senior role mentoring junior designers.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and related software.
• Strong animation, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to manage timelines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration and client interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs.

• Optimize motion graphics assets for different platforms, including web, social media, and broadcast.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation and design work.
• Demonstrable experience in a leadership or senior role, mentoring junior designers.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective remote collaboration and client interaction.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
