Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in graphic design/animation.
• Minimum of 7 years in motion graphics with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading design projects or teams.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative motion graphics and animation sequences for marketing campaigns, social media, explainer videos, and corporate presentations.
• Direct and mentor a team of junior motion graphics designers, providing creative feedback and technical guidance.
• Oversee the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and asset creation to final rendering and delivery.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visual narratives.
• Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion design and animation.
• Manage and organize digital assets and project files for efficient workflow and archival.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software), and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques.
