Our client is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic digital content team. In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, explainer videos, social media content, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics , animations, and visual effects for diverse digital platforms.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate design concepts and animation sequences.
• Execute high-quality animations using industry-standard software, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic excellence.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful visual solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of the latest motion design trends , techniques, and technologies to ensure our output remains cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional animation and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
