Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in underground mining equipment, especially coal or Mechanical Cutting.
• Experience in technical support, field service or product support in mining.
• Ability to perform systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Experience collaborating with mining customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support across Mechanical Cutting portfolio.
• Monitor fleet performance, analyse data and coordinate improvement actions.
• Engage customers on technical and performance matters, offering safe, cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate new product introductions, trials and modifications with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and documentation comply with Sandvik standards and safety rules.
• Support sales and service with tenders, requirements, and lifecycle strategies.
