Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant mining process engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in mineral processing technologies (hydrometallurgy & pyrometallurgy).
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Experience with process control systems and leadership/communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, optimization and troubleshooting of mineral processing circuits.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance recovery and throughput.
- Conduct techno-economic evaluations for new technologies and upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to process engineering teams.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.
- Manage process data analysis, reporting and documentation for CI.
