Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, process analysis, or operations management.
• Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Expertise in process mapping, simulation software AnyLogic or Arena, and statistics.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Expertise in process mapping, simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Arena), and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
