Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on process analysis and improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing teams, preferably in a remote setting.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive industrial engineering projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques, simulation modeling, and statistical process control to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Design, document, and implement new process flows, standard operating procedures, and best practices across multiple business units.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, and management, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers and analysts, providing technical expertise and project oversight.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure continuous monitoring.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies that can enhance operational performance.
• Ensure all process designs and implementations adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
