Requirements

• Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other operational excellence frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
