You will oversee from concept to completion, perform load calculations, energy modeling, and ensure compliance with building codes and ASHRAE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC focus.
• Minimum of 10 years of HVAC design and project management experience.
• PE license or equivalent is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and energy efficiency regulations.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP, TRACE 700, AutoCAD MEP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of complex HVAC systems, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, and distribution networks.
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and energy modeling to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Develop detailed design documents, including drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Oversee HVAC project execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior mechanical engineers and design staff.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated building system design.
