This position blends on-site assessments with remote analysis and documentation within a hybrid work structure, focusing on energy efficiency, performance testing, and client-focused building services solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a specialization in HVAC design and application.
• Proficiency with HVAC design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Trane Trace).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex HVAC systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/piping design.
• Conduct energy modeling and performance analysis to ensure systems meet efficiency targets and sustainability goals.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise.
