A Centurion-based opportunity is available for a Mechanical HVAC Building Services Consulting Engineer. The successful candidate will join a well-established consulting engineering firm and contribute to a diverse portfolio of commercial and institutional projects, designing HVAC building services and providing technical expertise.

The role encompasses design, specification, and delivery of HVAC systems, along with project management responsibilities from concept through to completion,

Qualifications

• HVAC building services design experience in consulting engineering.
• Experience in design and delivery of HVAC building services projects.
• Professional registration with Engineering Council of South Africa is advantageous.
• 3–5+ years' experience in HVAC consulting engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design HVAC building services systems.
• Conduct HVAC system audits and assessments.
• Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Manage HVAC projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and client requirements.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
