Are you a target-driven professional with a flair for lead generation and building strong business connections? We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generator to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Durban.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients using online platforms, databases, and other resources.
  • Conduct cold calling, telephone canvassing, and secure appointments with decision-makers.
  • Achieve a minimum of 20 meetings per week with Training Managers, Financial Executives, or B-BBEE Consultants.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Escalate client queries to management promptly.
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings, representing the business in a professional and positive manner.
  • Stay informed about courses offered, as well as SETA, SAQA, and B-BBEE frameworks that may impact the industry.
Qualifications

Inherent Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telesales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills.
  • Ability to set up high-level business appointments.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
  • Strong reasoning, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with urgency and pace without compromising quality.
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the training and skills development industry.
  • Familiarity with SETA, SAQA, and B-BBEE frameworks.
  • Previous experience dealing with HR Managers, Training Managers, or Consultants.
  • Experience compiling reports and presenting feedback to management.
