About the Role

This leadership position is critical for guiding the development of our user-facing applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and provide an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for architecting frontend solutions, mentoring a team of frontend developers, and driving best practices in code quality and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building robust and intuitive interfaces, a deep understanding of the Angular ecosystem, and proven experience leading development teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend applications using Angular.
• Architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, adhering to best practices and design patterns.

• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role using Angular.

• Strong understanding of RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management libraries), and component-based architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data handling.
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Protractor, Cypress).
• Experience with build tools like Webpack and package managers like npm/yarn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
