Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional, pixel-perfect web applications. Identify and address technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and stability of the front-end architecture. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities. Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead Front-End Developer or a similar senior role, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects. Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). In-depth experience with at least one major front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests for front-end applications. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the **South Africa** market is a plus.
