Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web components. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code. Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices. Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in frontend development. Proven expertise in Angular framework and TypeScript. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx). Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Angular CLI). Understanding of RESTful API principles and integration. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA. Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design.
