Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering.

• Expertise in embedded, control and power electronics.
• Strong analogue and digital circuit design, PCB layout, signal integrity.
• Firmware development experience is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership and remote collaboration abilities.

• Experience with firmware development and debugging is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
• Must be authorized to work remotely and able to travel to **Centurion, Gauteng** as needed.
